  • studied at TU Berlin and graduated with a Masters in Geotechnology. I am now working in Marine Geophysics on landslides (FB4 Geodynamics)

Zeynep Erdem (Turkish, English, Italian, German)

  • DokTeam responsibility: Communication
  • originally from Turkey, now working in the Paleoceanography department in GEOMAR east shore building as a part of SFB754

Alexandra Filippova (Russian, English, German)

  • DokTeam responsibility: Information
  • originally from Saint-Petersburg, Russia, now working at the Paleoceanography department in Building 12 on the east shore 

Allanah Paul (English, German)

  • DokTeam responsibility: Political representation
  • originally from New Zealand, now working in the Biological Oceanography department in GEOMAR on the west shore

David-Willem Poggemann (German, English)

  • DokTeam responsibility: Social Events & communication with ISOS, other PhD representatives (HOSST, SFB)
  • studied Geology/Paleontology and graduates with a 'Diplom' from the University of Kiel. Currently working as a PhD student in the Cluster of Excellence “The Future Ocean” in the Paleoceanography at the east shore campus.

Annika Drews (German, English, Mandarin Chinese, Danish, Spanish) 

  • DokTeam responsibility: Communication
  • studied in Kiel, Munich and Hangzhou (China). Graduated with a ‘Diplom’ in Physics from LMU Munich and is now working in ocean and climate modeling (FB1, ME&TM)
