  AtlantOS is a BG 8 (Developing in-situ Atlantic Ocean Observations for a better management and sustainable exploitation of the maritime resources) research and innovation project that proposes the integration of ocean observing activities across all disciplines for the Atlantic, considering 62 European as well as non-European partners.

  The ECO₂ project sets out to assess the risks associated with storage of CO₂ below the seabed. Carbon dioxide Capture and Storage (CCS) is regarded as a key technology for the reduction of CO₂ emissions from power plants and other industrial sources at the European and international level.
