Research Data

The GEOMAR Library as a partner of science and research cooperates with the Kieler Datenmanagement-Team (KDMT) in dealing with scientific data.

Using the Institutional Repository OceanRep we are able to offer an automatic connection to Projects and Expeditions (as well as Modells and Experiments), whenever Scientifc Data are provided.

This is based on an automated link to the Datenmanagement-Portal and to Pangaea (Archive of the - WDC-MARE).

In addition it is possible to set up a Google Earth File, to show the course of the expedition and the links to the information in OceanRep, Pangaea and the Data Portal.
