We run the Astrios EQ High Speed Cell Sorter from Beckman Coulter which is equipped with 4 lasers (355nm, 488nm, 532nm, 640nm) and allows a 6-way sorting into a variety of collection devices (different tube or plate formats) with a validated performance of 70,000 sort decisions/second (>100,000 events/second acquisition rate validated performance)
