“This module consists of a lecture that introduces basic concepts in biological oceanography and blocks of practical work. The lecture series will run through the entire semester and will be woven around the practical work, depending on the specific time requirements within the practical blocks. Lectures will also be recorded and stored on the e-learning platform OLAT, so that students can repeatedly interact with the content. In certain cases, students will watch the lecture first and class time will be used for discussion of the presented concepts.”
