If you are new to GEOMAR and have not yet been contacted, we encourage you to schedule a welcome meeting with our advisor for early-career researchers, Dr. Maren Wanke (mwanke(at)geomar.de).
She will support you during your start at GEOMAR, answer questions, and provide information on key contacts and career development opportunities. She also ensures that you stay informed about news, events, and funding opportunities through relevant mailing lists.
Various exchange and networking formats are available to help you build a strong professional network within the scientific community at GEOMAR. If you have any questions or would like to get involved, please contact the Postdoc Plus Team (the elected postdoc representation) or Dr. Maren Wanke.
